Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within same day, except Friday. For any kind of unavailability or delay in process we contact to our customer via calls or whatsapp chats.

 *Estimated delivery is based on normal days, in case of any change in circumstances, or local area issues like closures due to pandemic, or some route blockage, the time can be effected. In these cases we exceptionally try to update and communicate with customer. Also the Aramex racking channel updates the information via given emails. All tracking is available under the Aramex portal only.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to PO Box/ APO/ FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once the shipment is confirmed and a communication held between the customer care and customer, the shipment is booked as soon as possible and the track number is shared with customer.

Customs, duties, and taxes 

VAT 15% added in all bills. (Saudi Arabia Value Added Tax- updated 31 July 2020)

Damages

Although our packaging is well prepared but in any situation of damaged part received, we communicate with customer to find out the facts and do the best for customer support. If the problem found genuine and UKE stores are found responsible, we will try to manage the best by even providing replacement or refund, depends on situation and customer mutual understanding.

International Shipping Policy

We don’t sell out of Saudi Arabia currently. But any exceptional case or demand from out of country, we follow the standard Aramex rules and prices. To now more, please contact in person to us.

Returns Policy

Although we make sure about the parts fittings and models with customer before finalizing the orders but still if any mistake made by UKE Store, we take full responsibility of replace or refund without any extra shipping charges but the customer may have to pay the difference of the bill. In case of wrong order made by customer, we offer replacement within 7 days of receiving. The differences of bills need to pay in advance to receive the replaced part. Also the replacement will be approved only after receiving the part in physically good and unused condition only.

The shipping charges of return ship will also be added to customer revised bill.
